found ways to revisit this song because of it's melodies and was up as always for the challenge to harmonize with myself. messed around with some fx no big deal, just fun. i wanted to get a woman's voice thru a guitar so i smashed some new fx on one of my harmonies haha oh well i like to experiment. my best friend John Ratcliff could keep me sane through the craziest rides. he was an ecstatic being and really enjoyed a lot a life in the end. So i'd like to dedicate this shit to him; wasn't intended to be written about him originally but i think it just makes more sense for a song in a whole. I think He'll know what he meant to me.

I wrote this 2 years ago about that weird uncertain/cautious feeling you have falling for someone else. Overall, it's looking back at how you got to where you are now. Every minute of the day, you wish you could get a hint of what's ahead, but you can never really know. Sometimes all you need is time to breathe before you take that leap in to the unknown.
