Her first release outside of her own Bpitch Control imprint in well over 10 years, German techno stalwart Ellen Allien's abrasive techno slammer 'Take A Stand' on Nonplus Records is a nebulous yet poignant political call to action for the wider dance music community. 

Following the release of the single back in September of this year, Bpitch Berlin has tapped four of dance music's finest producers to deliver a remix package of this robust rave tune. First up on the four-track 'Take A Stand' Remix EP is the young Berghain resident, Kobosil. Feeding off rough and dark dancefloor energy, Kobosil's brutal rework of the track takes Ellen Allien's shouted slogan and turns it into "a disembodied curse that haunts this lysergic peak time banger."

The closing track of this EP is called 'Symphony' for a reason. Starting off peacefully, the break evolves slowly into a trance-like anthem before it creates a drastic shift into no-nonsense straight-forward techno.
