I want to clarify why I released this set on a different platform, one where I've released very little.
This set was mixed last July, and Mixcloud released it as exclusive due to their new, stupid rules that I wasn't aware of, and I was deeply embarrassed since I've never released a set to try to make money. Their new rules about not mixing the same producer more than four times in a set, and more than two times in a row is prohibited, along with several other rules, have left me unable to release this set, which I was really excited to mix and close a musical circle that I don't know when I'll be able to reopen because I'm spending my time and attention on much more important matters outside of music.
This set has been a project I've been working on for a long time, as I'm a huge fan of Boris Brejcha. Mixing his music has been a challenge due to his distinctive bass sounds and melodies, which offer a unique perspective on music production. I'll start with his famous track "Gravity," which always closes his live performances and which I consider a benchmark in electronic music. Boris is the creator of the "High-Tech Minimal" subgenre, a fusion of minimalist techno and melodies that makes him unmistakable. More than a DJ with a mask, Boris is a true artist. I've attended one of his live shows and watched many others on YouTube; his love of music is reflected in every move and his closeness to his fans, giving away his iconic yellow ducks. This mix was difficult to select, leaving out many songs that I also like. Best regards to everyone.
