SXCL is a versatile musician from Reunion Island. Producer and disc jockey since 2017, they have been morphing their style with time to fit their eclectic taste. Going from house to progressive trance, to electro and more recently to old-school techno, their versatility brought them to play in venues like Säule, and recently at the Festival Electropicales alongside artists like Jeff Mills and Danilo Plessow. Sensitive to the intricate textures of electronic music, SXCL masterfully merges house and techno, blurring the lines that traditionally separate them. SXCL crafts their sets with meticulous care, prioritizing the audience's journey above all else. Expect a touch of melancholy floating around.

This release delves into the deeper and more experimental aspects of dub techno, presenting two captivating tracks from Inzajeano and Marek Bartůněk. The sounds of Detroit and the London Underground scene inspire both tracks. Crafted for both the dance floor and solitary moments, these compositions layer rolling grooves with dense atmospheres and intricate sound design. The sounds often collide and dissolve into one another, creating a dynamic yet introspective sonic space. This edition of In Concert is dedicated to Russian producer Artur Galstyan aka Heavenchord. Galstyan is a bit of an enigma. According to his short bio he started DJ-ing in 1998 and organized rave parties and international electronic music festivals in Armenia from 2002 to 2004. After moving to the South of Russia, he started producing his own original music. The last twenty years he released more then 116 albums, ep’s and singles, at least according to discogs.com, which makes him probably one of the most productive techno-ambient producers in the world.
