For our twelfth OsloGround podcast, we have no other than one of our favorite UK-based DJs, no other than @sebastian-eric. The Romania-born DJ and producer is definitely one of the guys you should keep your eyes widely open for, and his DJ sets and productions can dazzle you with trippy melodies and grooves moving you both on the outside and the inside.

For our 15th episode of the OsloGround podcast series, the duo Miroloja steps up with a nice little journey flowing through the minimalistic groove laden sides of house and techno we love so much at the OsloGround HQ.

With interesting productions, whereas the latest release being on vinyl Bucharest002 together with our own A:G, brothers Julian and Gianni Ripoli as @Miroloja show they know what's what both behind the decks and in the studio.

The mix starts out quite on point, continuing with delicate mixing, slow building, and overall groovy tracks melting together in an organic symbiosis we know we'd enjoy on the dancefloor, as the intensity shifts just as one should expect from DJs who are feeling it.

Music collective, concept and podcast series OsloGround sets out on their first flight as a label, starting out with their own A:G and his fittingly named Metamorphosis EP.

Where two different parts of the journey’s title deliver floating and mindlifting atmospheres built on a firm layer of broken beats and bass vibrations, and the flipside delivers more of a dub inspired minimal house groover with footfeeding bass and juno sweeps for those 5AM moments, this EP is made with love for the dancefloor in mind.

Both Berlin based artists, Tomash, a co-founder of the Flori de Teil label, is slowly working on building his own modular spaceship and Plasmatik, a core member of Alternadiva., is passionately expanding his records collection in every dimension. The two, first joined paths while working at Klubd in Nicosia, where Plasmatik would regularly perform with [a:rpia:r] and Perlon artists, besides many local talents.

For our 23rd OsloGround podcast we have the honour of introducing no other than Vincent Casanova (@vincentcasanova). 

Vincent Casanova has been immersed in Electronic music since 2000. His first release arrived in 2004 on New York’s Sifted Recordings; since then, he’s worked hard in the studio to compile a sizeable discography that consists of many EPs, shared between labels including Tzinah Records, Tip Tap, Kindisch, and Archipel—the latter of which saw the release of his Esoterica album in 2017. As a DJ, too, Casanova aims to meld various minimal styles to construct different moods—and instead of dominating the space in the room, he prefers to tease, create intrigue, and offer hypnotic landscapes that are spacious and warm.

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Nils Weimann (Subtil) for our 25th podcast. Nils really caught our attention with a kick ass release on @epilog-records together with @marc-philipp not too long ago and we are very fond of the groove and attitude that he brings to his OsloGround podcast. 

Nils Weimann was born 1985 in the state of Bavaria, located in the southern part of Germany, but has been based in Frankfurt for the past 7 years. With releases on labels such as Pleasure Zone, Neo Strictly and his own label Subtil, it is safe to say that not only is he a talented producer, but also has a rare ear for subtleness and grooveness, which reflects itself through the effortless flow and energy in the mix.

DeMore is a well known DJ from Trondheim's underground scene, and has been part of most concepts that have had electronic music up north. Biography : 

Ochu Larross was born July 7, 1991 in the former Yugoslavia. In a very early age he was getting more and more interested in electronic music. The first mixes are from the year 2003. His parents wanted him to be a musician, for his father is a musician and a music teacher. He went to music school, and played drums, but in 2007 gave it up, and decided to be a DJ. He played music at smaller parties, and his friends liked his music. One year later he got the chance to play at some music festivals. In 2009 everything changed. Ochu LaRoss got the opportunity to play at the biggest music festival of Vojvodina as a beginner DJ at the Underground Arena. He got a lot of attention after that and started having more gigs. After one month he joined the Highlight Radio, where ever since then his mixes are being played weekly. That year he was also heard on Globalparty Radio, Budapest and some other internet radios. Sometimes on private parties he would play up to 8-10 hours. In 2010 the live shows continued, and he starts to make his own tracks. He joined the Strong and Deep organization, which organizes parties like the Summer Pulse Festival. By their help, he got to play at the biggest East European music festival, the Exit. Ochu Laross likes the weird, dark music, and the after parties. Escko (Distrikt Paris) - Born Ismail Bouchkhi, the co-founder of Distrikt Paris, is deeply passionate about vinyls. Raised by a music loving family, his musical culture is as sharp as it is eclectic. Born of the generation of DJs "crate digger" Escko can spend hours, even days, searching for rare gems to enrich his ever expanding record collection. He has played in some of Paris' biggest clubs, from the legendary Rex Club to the influential Concrète.
Lately his talent has begun to explore outside of the French capital, booked in some of the best underground clubs in France, such as La Relève in Lille or  Warehouse Nantes.
