Today we premiere Buko (Non capisco) by NOT4, featured on his new release Assurda illusione.

Javier Vairo a.k.a NOT4 , is an argentinian dj and producer who's exploring the world of electronic music since almost two decades ago and made his way across different styles and scenes in the Buenos Aires underground.

Continuing the path iniciated in his previous EP "Conspiranoia", released by uruguayan label Neo Plastic, he now delivers this new effort in which he allows himself to explore his tools without any stylistic frontiers, adventuring into a search where reminiscences of electro, broken beats and corrosive sounds blend with ethereal textures and delirious melodies inviting us to imagine introspective, futuristic landscapes.

Actually he is also half of Shpshft, acid-techno duo, where he unleashes his more dancefloor oriented tendencies.

Rough Treatments part 2 is the follow-up compilation (2xCS) of Strange Therapy’s first release. Eleven artists lead this cruel treatment session, for those whose minds wander off into the weird too far and too often.

Oil Thief gives you a cold welcome with “Ellowen Deeowen” - a dense sound evoking sharp soundscapes full of dread. JFK mesmerizes us with “The Body (1st Version)”, providing crunchy synth sounds and distortions underlined by steady rhythms. Unhuman explores broken noise mantras in “Purge Vacuum”, assaulting everybody with not user-friendly noisescapes. Tomohiko Sagae follows up with “Iron Oxide” and showcases his personal brand of mechanical rhythmic industrial with a stomping heart, checking if you are still alive. Never Worse presents “The Bleakness” with its cinematic factory-like sounds, evoking a world dominated by machines. Shrouds delivers a dense sonic experience in “Death, The Only Equalizer”, by employing loud loops and ritualistic motifs. Closing the first cassette is Mesmer Trial and his track “Fused”, which guides us in a dark experience dwelling in malevolent ambiances and droning passages.

The second cassette starts off with O/H, where they return to rhythmic-noise soundscapes with “Last Days”, which has an obsessive nature underlined by shrilling bass-lines. Donna Haringwey gives us “Invite”, an exercise in various rhythmic elements fused with punk-like vocals and riffing distortions. A Brutal Game follows suit with “Rehearsals 2018-2020” and its disquieting course based on reverbs and grinding sounds. Matriarchy Roots delivers the final treatment with “Stereotypes” and its almost celestial atmospheres ready to burst into slow and evocative passages with a dream-like quality, sending you to a last inward voyage of the soul.

For this weekend we Argentinian artist Disociacion with a terrorising selection of EBM and industrial madness.

Disociacion is a producer, dj and live performer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She arises in early 2018 when she decides to lock herself and experiment with machines, giving her a hypnotic distorted sound generating an atmosphere that makes you disconnect from yourself. With strong influences of electro, EBM, noise and even industrial, some of her songs have been played in mixes by artists like L.F.T. for Pinkman/Operator Radio, Alys for Sons of Traders/Mutant Radio and HÖR, Filmmaker for OVERWAVE, Gäel for METAMOTO, Soulless for Of dolls and Murder and Vltra Delta Drive for The Forgotten. Has releases with the levels Píldoras Tapes (COL), Of Dolls and Murder (ARG) and Lust in Lust Records (NY) in compilations, next month releasing her first EP with the argentinian label Of Dolls and Murder too.
