Mona Vale is the brainchild of London-based songwriters and producers Jamie Hoddle & Lewis Gregory

With influences ranging from production trailblazers Maribou State, Four Tet & Bonobo, alongside house tastemakers such as Dam Swindle, Folamour and Crazy P, the pair have managed to create a melodic and absorbing blend of funk-flecked dance music over the last year combining emotive melodies with disco house rhythms.

Growing up in bands together since being teenagers, the pair have taken their indie musicianship and tilted the focus towards making music built for clubs. We’re stoked to have invited them to record this exclusive mix for us!

Christian Nielsen is a Danish DJ and producer hailing from Copenhagen known for his melodic techno and house music. He began his music career in the early 2010’s, quickly making a name for himself as a talented musician and performer.

With a sound that is both unique and energetic, Nielsen has released music on some of the most respected labels in the electronic scene, such as Diynamic, Ellum and Kompakt.  His tracks are characterised by deep, driving bass-lines, soaring melodies, and intricate percussive rhythms, making them a staple in the sets of many of the world’s top DJs. In addition to his studio  performing at some of the most iconic venues across the globe. He has played at world renowned clubs  such as Watergate, Fabric, Printworks and Pacha for Solomun +1, showcasing his talent and ability to create unforgettable dancefloor moments.

As a Danish artist, Nielsen brings a unique perspective to the global electronic music scene,  infusing his productions with a sense of Scandinavian minimalism and subtle complexity. With a string of successful releases and a dedicated fanbase, Christian Nielsen is undoubtedly a rising star in the world of electronic music. Tom Westy's releases not only showcase his wide range of production skills across the electronic music spectrum, but they also consistently convey a core emotion in every record.

This young Welshman's diverse talents as both a DJ and producer have already attracted the attention of industry heavyweights such as Franky Wah, Jonas Blue and Oliver Heldens, who all signed his singles to their labels. With past releases on SHEN, Helix and Stress Records, and over 5 million streams across all platforms Tom is continuing his rise in 2024.

Tom's recent touring schedule has included performances at prestigious venues and festivals such as Ministry Of Sound, Here Outernet London, Illuzion Phuket, Melkweg Amsterdam, and NASS Festival. Additionally, he has become a resident DJ for Foreverland in 2023/4.

In the past 12 months, Tom has achieved viral success with a series of remixes, accumulating over 100 million views on his Dream Alarm. His BBC News remix gained support from Greg James and Jeremiah Asiamah, who played it on BBC Radio 1. His latest single featuring Julia Church reached trending status on Instagram, amassing 3 million views across a handful of his own reels.
