With a commanding presence in the booth and a sound that fuses elegance with intensity, Mr Preacher stands as a techno architect whose sets are built on depth, groove, and a meticulously crafted sonic narrative. Drawing inspiration from the soulful pulse of Detroit, the raw industrial energy of Birmingham, and a refined old-school technique, he blends diverse textures into hypnotic, immersive journeys.

Based in Asturias (Spain), Mr Preacher has showcased his sound across some of the country’s most respected underground venues, including Lanna Club (Asturias), Macarena Club (Barcelona), El Sótano (Madrid), Studio 54 (Madrid), Sala Albéniz (Asturias), and Platform7 (Tudela de Duero). He has collaborated with major collectives such as Phase.TV, Sodoma & Gomorra, and LABmovement, leaving his imprint on the electronic landscapes of Madrid, Galicia, and Valladolid.

Influenced by the sonic identity of legendary institutions like Tresor (Berlin) and Fuse (Brussels), his performances are defined by seamless progression and uncompromising authenticity. A true advocate for analog formats, he expresses his artistic vision through weekly vinyl reels, carefully curated sets on SoundCloud and Mixcloud, and a selection that transcends fleeting trends to connect with the pure essence of techno.

With his gaze set beyond borders, Mr Preacher continues to refine his craft and expand his sound to international clubs and festivals, staying loyal to his unwavering identity and commitment to musical truth.

Mwamwa is self-discovery through music creation, a laboratory of unpredictable sound experimentation where complex patterns, generative synthesis techniques and asymmetrical structures would be present, as well as compositional resources, counterpoint and irregular time signatures; looking to achieve an ethereal style with techno, jungle and idm predominance, but also exploring many other possibilities.

The title track is the EP's most cryptic moment. A pulsating, asymmetric bass drum provides an unstable backbone for an array of obscure sonic objects in a structural labyrinth.
