This was for a music theory project where we were given a bass line and had to write a harmonious melody for it on top.  What resulted is a little TOO happy.

You’ve just woken up on a Wednesday morning and are still trying to come to grips with the fact that you still have a ways to go before the weekend.  A not-so-exciting day is ahead, and in a few brief moments, you’re trying to psych yourself up into getting on with it.  The idea for this composition came to me in these exact circumstances.

I was inspired by another song to create this looping beat that at the time of composing was meant to serve as background music for "loading" screens, being on hold, or silent/text-based and static advertisement slideshows. Something like that.
