The voice in the background is the final recording from Jonestown. It gets so quiet as the poison slowly takes hold. The ending is unedited as the sound slows down, maybe a gospel album, but there is an unnerving ROAR at the end that sounds otherworldly.

The other voice, British, is a program the Nazi's used to broadcast into England for propaganda purposes. It's polite but nefarious.
