Sinopsis:

Obra lírica escrita en formato de canción para el subgénero musical "corrido eléctrico" o "corrido tumbado". La letra retrata la perspectiva de la juventud mexicana post-pandemia, autodenominada la "generación perdida", que navega un presente complejo y tecnificado tras una educación deficiente a distancia.

El argumento central explora la desilusión con el sistema educativo y las promesas gubernamentales incumplidas. Como respuesta, el protagonista y su círculo social rechazan los empleos tradicionales y se sumergen en la "cultura del hustle", buscando activamente formas alternativas de subsistencia como las criptomonedas o la organización de eventos clandestinos. Se aborda la resiliencia de esta generación frente a la adversidad y la ansiedad, desafiando el estereotipo de "generación de cristal".

El lenguaje es predominantemente español, pero integra estratégicamente frases y modismos en inglés, reflejando la naturaleza bicultural y globalizada de la juventud urbana. Se utiliza jerga contemporánea ("alucín", "jale", "hustle") para dar autenticidad a la narrativa. En conjunto, la obra es un manifiesto crudo y energético sobre una juventud que, sintiéndose abandonada por el sistema, decide forjar su propio camino en el desafiante panorama del México moderno.

The Silhouettes Project a new platform for up and coming Hip-Hop, Soul and Jazz artists from the UK. It is not a record label or management team, it is a community project. The Silhouettes Project provides an open space - a recording studio and live venue located within the Total Refreshment Centre in Hackney, London - where MCs, singers, musicians and producers can connect and create.

The Silhouttes Project was founded by community organisers/artists Asher Korner (aka Kosher) and Jaden Osei-Bonsu (Eerf Evil) in 2019. When they told us about the project and played us some of the music we were instantly hooked and joined the collective as label partner. The art direction is executed by Sergio „SagaUno“ Alférez, an acclaimed designer and illustrator from Medellín, Colombia.

Starting in September, we release a new single each Thursday from artists like Kofi Stone, Summers Sons, Enny, KeepVibesNear, Manik MC, Lex Amor, Louis The Hippie, Summer-Pearl, Joe Beard and many more.

All 15 singles will also be availble on one LP towards the end of the year.
