Alex Albrecht, half of the thoughtful duo Albrecht LeBroy and Analogue Attic label, welcomed guests to Otis Armada with a collection of solace sounds. As diners tentatively found their seats, Albrecht unravelled a brutalist selection which heightened the gentle power of considered concrete. 

Mirroring this rawness was an amuse bouche of Raw Kingfish in Mustard Leaf and a glass of unhindered Pierre Rouse 'Martingale' Chardonnay from the Languedoc.
