Her musical journey began as she was 6 years old by playing the piano for around 15 years.

As an active DJ on the Parisian stage for over two years and at the origin of the female collective Club Sauvage, Christie is releasing her first musical projects at the end of 2023. That summer, she joined the Pygments Records agency after several successful collaborations. This fall, she releases her first EP, offering a five-track journey through her various inspirations.

Nevrotiq, like an ode to neuroses that we transform into strength. Both an inspiration and a wink from the artist on the different disorders - a subject particularly close to her heart. We will find tracks that are both trancy, hypnotic and percussive ranging from 145 to 168 bpm.

After several releases, it is a unique style that is depicted through this first EP, ranging from 90s’ trance sounds with the title Melancolik, to more psychedelic influences with Sovage. Add to that an hypnotic groove dose with Nevrotiq, the flagship title of the EP, and its fast techno remix produced by Dr Breinnerr. To finish, a last more bouncy title, 1pulsive, transports us into a more danceable vibe.

The EP will be released on October 4, 2024 on Otomo Trax, the sub-label of Obscuur, an iconic Berlin techno label. It will be available on all platforms.

Hyperactive entrepreneur of the London techno scene, French producer Cathédral is here to stay with a growing number of promising projects under his belt. In 2018 he founded with Ømen the London party-turned-label MASS, bringing faster sounds and liberated raves to the capital. In 2020 he launches LABURNŪM Records, a home for emerging artists promoting fast grooves, cut on an exclusive dubplate format. Multidisciplinary creator, he obsessively pushes the artistic direction of his labels to the last detail, designing Music Videos and painting artworks himself. He now concentrates on house-infused, old-school-informed grooves, looking back to the 90s and the 00s but all at breakneck speed towards the future.
