Us establishes the emotional center, an expansive field of familiarity, memory, and quiet recognition.
Threshold introduces pressure, motion, and transition—an inner crossing into transformation.
Grief holds the space for loss, without spectacle, offering dense textures and slowed harmonic descent.
Hope rises with patience, not declaration—clear tones open across a restrained landscape.
Surrender curves into vulnerability and relief, a resolve carried by flowing rhythm and muted light.
Pulse brings clarity through tempo, an undercurrent of motion that balances presence with propulsion.
Horizon widens the frame—unfolding harmonic distance, evoking altitude, calm, and contemplation.
Kaleidoscope closes the set with crystalline movement, layering melodic fragments that shimmer with complexity and release.

This is music for quiet ritual, reflective practice, ambient narrative, and inner architectural work.
It does not ask to be interpreted. It asks only to be inhabited.

This mantra of the 20th Tara (known in Tibetan as Tara Ritrö Loma Gyönma and in Sankskrit as Tara Śabarī (sometimes spelled as Shabari or Shavari or Śavarī/) is a healing mantra that protects against disease and contagion.  This mantra has both wrathful and peaceful aspects: wrathfully subduing the invasive energies of contagion and deadly epidemics and pacifying sickness.

This is a powerful healing mantra and I am grateful to all of my teachers and fellow practitioners and musicians who helped make this recording possible. And to Lasha Mutual for her generosity in allowing me to include her painting of the 20th Tara in my cover art. This graphic t is meant to evoke those tiny bodhi-leaf thangkas from Tibet and India.

Inspired by nature, dreams, and the endless sky, Breeze from Norway creates soundtracks for reflection – music that is both fragile and spacious, intimate yet wide as the horizon.

Breeze from Norway er et prosjekt født ut av stille øyeblikk og urolige netter. Musikken beveger seg mellom virkelighet og fantasi, med myke atmosfærer, poetiske tekster og filmatiske lydlandskap. Hver sang er en utforskning av stillhet, avstand og skjønnheten som finnes i mellomrommene.
