The legendary Creedence Clearwater Revival was America's ultimate Top 40 band of the late 1960s, many of their singles now placing high on the “greatest rock hits of all time” lists and in the GRAMMY Hall of Fame, with the band itself long enshrined in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

But it wasn’t just the United States of America where CCR topped the charts. As Quiero Creedence now underscores, the band, which was so identified with a sound called “swamp rock,” was big throughout all of Latin America, both then and now.

Releasing on Concord Picante on July 29, 2016, the Latin-inspired, multilingual tribute album to Creedence includes covers of the band’s greatest songs by some of the biggest Latin artists from around the world including Juan Gabriel, Bunbury, Andrés Calamaro, Enjambre, Los Enanitos Verdes, Juanes, Los Lonely Boys, Ozomatli, La Marisoul from La Santa Cecilia, El Tri, Diamante Eléctrico, Los Lobos, as well as Billy Gibbons. As these names indicate, the set (the title of which translates as “I Want Creedence”) spans a variety of genres and decades—and totals a social media reach of over 40 million fans for the participating artists.

OttoMattic Born Ernest Julius Otto Jr. on August 2nd 1995, is a 28-year-old clean artist in his eleventh year of making music. OttoMattic always had a passion for music but it wasn't until he recorded his first verse with a PS3 headset and shared it with his friends that he realized he had a talent for inspiring others with his lyricism. His biggest inspiration is Will Smith because of the impact he was able to make on the genre while being clean, and OttoMattic wanted to make a legacy of his own by blurring the lines between raw rap and clean, inspirational music. Being able to make a difference in someone's mood for the better or inspiring the youth and athletes was rewarding enough for him as he made music locally in Pennsylvania but with time and practice, OttoMattic refined his style of motivational music into something that got the attention of listeners across the world, and his fan base hasn't stopped growing since. His 2015 EP "Passion" reached 60th on the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap chart and the hit "Brothers Till the End" got over 1 million streams on Spotify & SoundCloud. On Twitter, @OttoMatticBaby started releasing 30 second rap videos that eventually racked up over 100 million total views. His Twitter and Spotify accounts were verified and his latest album (On a Mission, 2016) reached 22nd on the iTunes Hip-Hop/Rap chart.
