my mind is always running so I’ve never know sleep

back street creature with the black streak features,
i’m half a shadow lacking laughter battling my demons,
closet full of skeletons and everyone can see em,
bone piles, no smiles, evidence of bleeding.

I fell into the deep end, life is an island
Secrets and regrets, nobody to confide in
I talk to the walls and the spider webs inside them
If you could hear me cry would you put your head beside mine

if I believed in blessings I would count them on an abacus
I’m drowning in my sorrows cause I’m somewhat of a masochist
The universe is beautiful like how does no one fathom this?
Am I the only one who is bewildered to be trapped in it?

plagued by mirages counting patterns on my ceiling
I see an ancient imagery releasing cosmic energy
holographic pyramids and sacred types of symmetry,
constantly my consciousness will generate epiphanies

out in the woods feeling good having hella visions
always wishing well for my fellow organisms
Knowledge is a poem that is spoken by the eco system
wisdom is a prison if theres no one there to listen

Hugging old trees while I turn a new leaf
the breeze sings to me, melancholic melody
melting in the sunshine, i’ve memorized these wind chimes
the skies are always filled with objects that are unidentified

eco friendly coffin cause I want to be a garden
I lived to share my mind but I’m thankful to be parting
Life is like a cage that I tried to put my art in
and the walls are now filled with the messages I started.
