Audio files have been prepared for use alongside or as an alternate to the performed situation of  GEMINI EXIT (beeny’s retirement). They comprise unique texts through different microphones and filters, recordings of the Transeptorgel and acoustic tests in the Oude Kerk, and midi compositional joins. Live viewers will receive some indication of appropriate moments to synchronise playback, but they are provided with a mind to access.

This program is part of Come Closer: a series of four intimate evenings curated by Radna Rumping, where visitors and artists explore the sonic space of the Oude Kerk with dance, performance and deep listening exercises. Come Closer has been developed in relation to The Instrument of Troubled Dreams, a sound installation by Janet Cardiff and George Bures Miller at the Oude Kerk, curated by Jacqueline Grandjean.
