Fink
Fink, aka Fin Greenall, is an English singer, songwriter, guitarist, producer and DJ, born in Cornwall and currently based in Brighton. Since the 2006 release of his album Biscuits for Breakfast, the name Fink has also referred to the recording and touring trio fronted by Greenall himself, completed by Guy Whittaker (bass) and Tim Thornton (drums). Best known for the 2007 song "This is the Thing" and the 2011 album Perfect Darkness, Fink is signed to independent record label Ninja Tune Records. Greenall's skills as a songwriter has created a demand for his talents among fellow artists. Most recently he has written in collaboration with John Legend, Ximena Sarinana and Professor Green. With Amy Winehouse he co-wrote the song "Half Time", which appears on Winehouse's posthumous collection Lioness: Hidden Treasures.

David Shaw
Born and raised in Manchester, David Shaw is today based in France. His cultural duality has had a profound influence on his music, and allowed him to create an original identity somewhere between techno and indie, he, who never wanted to choose between guitars and machines.
As producer, writer/composer and performer, he has distinguished himself on the independent scene through various projects such as his own : Siskid (Initial Cuts, Meant Records), Animal Machine (Meant Records) and collaborations : Blackstrobe with Arnaud Rebotini and Ivan Smagghe (Beggars Banquet).
He has now moved on with his new project, David Shaw and The Beat, and after two singles, "Infected" and "The Jackal", he will be releasing his debut album "So It Goes" in October on Her Majesty's Ship.

The enigmatic Swedish duo @Elfenberg have gradually shed their cloak of mysteriousness to become familiar faces on the international scene. Since the birth of the act in 2017, Viktor and Henrik’s tunes have established them on both charts and festival lineups across the globe. The Swedes have also become key members of Oliver Koletzki’s Stil Vor Talent family since releasing their first EP with them early 2018. Elfenberg can not be defined by any genre but by a steady groove created in a primitive soundscape. A sound that embodies constant motion, spiralling into whatever creative vision the duo have in mind. In September 2019, they became proud owners of their own imprint, ‘Trampoliner’.

In regard to this special edit, they had the following to share with us...

'We've known Stankfejs (@klovvik), or Viktor (yes all swedes are named Viktor) since way back. We met musically through disco and started mixing together. We threw a series of parties as well, called; Late Night Groove. When we got our first booking requests, our beloved Stankfejs started handling those. Later on, Viktor moved abroad, and we continued on our end. We still have our group chat going, where we send music to each other, ideas, bits and sounds. This time Viktor came across a sequence from a Bollywood film called Thanedaar. We were completely stunned with the production and the number of people dancing flawlessly throughout the scene, pure joy for the eye. We agreed the song could use a slight push, so we sprinkled some magic over it and put a cherry on top, making it dancefloor-ready, so to speak. We find Bappi Lahiri and the movie brilliant and are grateful for Stankfejs encouraging discovery.
