In Gen 2 we learn that God made a help meet for Adam.  
Through genetics, we learn that we are passed down many things from our family line.  We have also been entertaining "familiar spirits" that have existed in that same family line.

("They" are spirits and principalities.) They are controlling how you believe, to stay stuck.
* Christ went away so He could be revealed in us.
* His strength is perfected in our weakness. In our weakness, that's the very moment we surrender, we surrender to Him...He stands up in us.
* Ask your self what makes you doubt the words of Christ? It is what you formerly knew, thus be transformed by the renewing of your minds.

Put your trust in the Lord and not in man. People entering caves in the Middle East are disappearing.
