Self Pity spirit
Woe is me spirit
Stop agreeing with the person manifesting...don't placate that unholy spirit. 
How to get rid of those spirits
1) No longer agree with it and acknowledge that yes, it worked in my life.
2) fill up with what is in agreement with the Word of God.
