Next up on Hannah Wants' label this summer is Spanish DJ & producer, Rafa Barrios, who makes his debut with his brand new, 'Robox' EP. Born and bred in Seville, Rafa started producing and deejaying from a young age and quickly garnered support from AAA DJs including Carl Cox, Reboot, Chus & Ceballos, Marco Carola, and many more who continue to play his tracks today. Having forged a name for himself in the Dance community over the last decade, Rafa's productions have found homes on respected labels in the industry including Toolroom, Saved, Repopulate Mars, Hottrax, Kaluki and Lost, and he's played sets in some of the biggest clubs across the globe. The 'Robox' EP encompasses Rafa's signature Iberican sound, offering two turbocharged Tech House cuts packed with crisp drums, playful percussion, hypnotic synth lines, pulsating basslines, and a grooving low-end throughout. Barcelona’s Bassel Darwish drops two thumping tracks on Solid Grooves Records to conclude a pivotal year for the label. Having released on labels like Lemon-aid, NoExcuse, Natura Viva and Natural Rhythm, the Spanish producer has undoubtedly earned his stripes as a producer – a fact further enforced by regular support from Marco Carola, Stefano Noferini, wAFF and PAWSA. He now joins Solid Grooves Records, Michael Bibi and PAWSA’s thriving imprint that’s seen a landmark year with releases from Dennis Cruz, Leftwing & Kody, ANOTR and Brett Gould. With catchy lyrics and sharp snares, ‘Bust & Shake’ is an archetypal Solid Grooves cut complete with energetic percussion and a rolling bassline. 'Los Angeles based production duo, Freddy Be and Savi Leon bring the Balearic season to a close and keep the summer vibe alive with this fresh, tropical house groover forthcoming on Monday Social Music.

Dubbed 'DOPE LIKE PABLO', this will be the Fourth release on their MNS label and we could not be happier with the results. With a super lazy, stripped back groove, hypnotic steel drums, rhythmic guitars and an assortment of catchy vocal melodies, 'Dope Like Pablo' keeps the cocktail umbrella in your cup, shades on your eyes, and nothing more than sunshine in your mind.

On remix duties, MNS have enlisted the help of veteran house and techno producer Ant Brooks (Toolroom, Intec, Strictly Rhythm). His interpretation stays true to the original, but levels up with the groove, bringing it right to the main room with some big tasty, deep tech house vibes served with a trademark bass line.

Last but not least, closing out the EP, we've commissioned fresh up and coming Parisian producer, DJ Entwan who's rolling, stripped back rhythms have landed him on distinguished labels such as NoExcuse, Insert Coin and La Pera. His approach of 'Dope Like Pablo' keep the beats pumpin' with it's "Music On" styled landing that's sure to intoxicate the most illustrious dance floors around the globe.'
