SO. This is the first time I've ever recorded myself throat singing. I think it turned out pretty good! I wanted a song that sounded like nothing I have ever heard, and I think I accomplished that goal. A simmering blend of sounds from across the world with an electronic core. Pretty proud of this one.

A conversation with a friend led to experimentation with more vocal effects. I love the vibe of this one. Really let go vocally and just tried to feel the lyrics, instead of attempting to deliver a vocal performance precisely the way it was in my head.

Another great night, another burst of inspiration. I'm just hoping this creative streak lasts a while longer.

This one was half over-thinking every note, half stream-of-consciousness talk-singing over the same track a hundred times until the words came out right.
It's probably the most candid I am capable of being.
