Atanas Ourkousounov est un compositeur et guitariste bulgare. Il se distingue par sa recherche sur le son, la symbiose entre les instruments et l’utilisation de leurs différentes palettes rythmiques dans toute son étendue. Il a écrit plus de 80 pièces pour guitare solo, duo, trio, quatuor, ensembles instrumentaux ainsi que plusieurs concerti. Ce mouvement contient une certaine effervescence avec les thèmes des modes traditionnels typiques utilisés de musique bulgare.
