My latest track ‘Claire’ came about off the back of an old idea I had to make a track that had the banging energy of Green Velvet, but the breakdown and emotions of old trance / Mauro Picotto / ARTY

4.30am Sunday morning… Inspiration strikes and me and my missus decide to bounce down to the studio. A quick blast of inspiration combined two separate ideas and into the finished track today. When you have a partner who will willingly come down at such a ridiculous time and not only sit in the studio, but get involved and play in some of the string parts on the breakdown… You know you have a winner!

In my opinion this is some of my best work, production, power, drive, topped off with some big hands in the air time.
