Conditions, white convicts , and the indigenous mob were both treated with brutality by the British crown. This song does not draw sides in the suffering, both whites and blacks suffered. The Crown were the ones to blame here. This song acknowledges the suffering, the theft of land, the brutality, and pays respects to all those that have suffered. May we all heal .
