Shamanic Tales are excited to be sending Infected Mushroom into orbit! Out of Orbit (Eitan Reiter) teams up with Ido Segal to bring contemporary interpretations to two classics from the Mushroom’s third album B.P. Empire: a remix to the title track and to the mighty Spaniard. Infected’s timeless melodies and grooves are clothed in dirty, acidic and hypnotic new outfits. Real brainfeeders! As a bonus, we have Eitan’s interpretation of the classic Infected Mushroom collaboration with Yahel, Electro Panic, dressed in technoish textures, drenched in 80s dirty and almost industrial sounds.

Shamanic Tales is deeply honored to bridge the ages with a monumental remix of a true Goa Trance classic from Tandu, the iconic project of master Ofer Dikovsky (the visionary mind behind Oforia, Pigs in Space, and Indoor, among others). For Out of Orbit’s Eitan Reiter, this is a profound full-circle moment, as the original, heard on a minidisk when he was 15, was one of the first tracks to truly capture his imagination. This deep personal connection is evident in his masterful approach: staying true to the original’s spirit, he compresses the track down to its essential core, preserving and intensifying its anthemic melodic lines and psychedelic quirks while adding just the right twists to forge a production that perfectly combines the raw energy of the past with the power of the present. A few months ago we lost Ziv Matushka, one third of the legendary group P.Cok, who released trulygroundbreaking music in the end of the 90s, and an out of this world musician and producer -a true sound-master. DJ Ella Gotman, one of Israel’s legendary DJs and music curators for 3 decades, who shared a musical path with Ziv throughout their careers and was very close to him, felt the need to preserve his musical legacy for today’s dancefloors. She chose to remix Tracker,one of P.Cok’s greatesttracks, with Out of Orbit (Eitan Reiter). The remix stays in many ways true to the original, keepingithypnotic, mysterious, dark and very very psychedelic, but with Out of Orbit’s extra deep crunchy touch.
