The Out of Step podcast tells my story relating to my 19 year long personal journey through all the ups and downs related to my struggles with excepting, understanding, and dealing with Bi-Polar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, substance abuse, while surviving multiple suicide attempts. By opening up, and lending a voice to the side of recovery that most people are not familiar with, my hope is that anyone feeling alone, over-whelmed, or hopeless can hear that it is never too late to keep fighting for themselves.  Let's end the stigma associated with mental health, substance abuse, and recovery together.  Proper;y motivated, we can do a whole lot of good for a whole lot of good people. PEACE!
