makahaun is a queer bipoc dj and part of schick.standort collective from münster, germany. a few weeks ago, we stumbled upon her schwesta podcast mix and instantly knew we had to ask her to record one for our little radio too! she doesn’t care about genres and generally plays whatever floats her boat – from detroit techno to steamy breaks, silly ukg, cunty ghettotech and even jazz, poetry and pop. for her beton.fm mix, she recorded a beautiful blend of both hard-hitting and dreamy sounds. we hope you enjoy!

Belfast's own Uncle Moe, also known as Andrew Moore, delivers a dynamic mix that showcases his talents as a DJ. Beyond the decks, he is a music journalist and co-founder of the influential Plain Sailing club night.

This set navigates tempos between 140 and 145 BPM, seamlessly blending a variety of styles. The first half features percussive bass, grime, and braindance techno, setting an energetic tone. A pivotal moment arrives with Honeydrip's "Aspire" from Woozy's latest compilation, ushering in a deeper exploration of breakbeat and dubstep influences. 

Listeners will encounter tracks from artists like Al Wootton, Peverelist, Martyn, and Belfast's own rising talent, Preference. The mix also includes an experimental piece by Rian Treanor, a producer from Rotherham and resident at No Bounds Festival, adding an off-kilter, avant-garde touch.
