xxblushxx aims to help soothe the queer spectrum and focus on the well-being of the community. Queer DJs are invited to submit a mix to showcase an alternative side to their music library outside of a rave and take us on a meditative journey. ✨

"I loved putting this together! After-the-afters music for rolling one and floating a little longer, before drifting back down to mother earth. Every song holds a thought or a spell. I was guided by Eris Drew's writing on rave integration, a recent-ish 'Cosmic Anarchy' newsletter from Ayesha Khan, and Ursula K Le Guin's ‘carrier bag theory' of being in the world.

'Music is not meant as an escape, false utopia or expression of happiness. It is meant to conjure feelings of connection to the earth and each other, which I think we need to internalize to be motivated to heal ourselves and to feel a direct responsibility to try to address the world’s problems.' - Eris Drew

A dedicated crate and internet digger, Rosy plays for dreamers and dancers at venues like Dalston Superstore, Margate Arts Club and The Cause, where she's also a resident. Her radio show 'En Vacances' on Threads celebrates the genre-traversing freedom of the original balearic DJs.

Mixtress’ star is rising. She is a self-confessed amen break enthusiast whose high-energy sets traverse eras yet are rooted in her love for hardcore. 

Woven together with an adept hand before coming to a rambunctious peak her mix for us is a perfect encapsulation of this - captivating, high octane and sometimes even spooky. 

Last year she opened up Pressure with Team Woibey and got the party started straight away, so we can’t wait to hear what she’ll play in her set for us this year on Siren!
