Encouraged by OvelhaTrax to create more music while designing covers for the label, Hoodsploitation draws heavily from the influence of 90s hip-hop culture.The EP channels the raw energy and gritty aesthetic of that era, seamlessly blending it with electronic music.

While the title carries a hint of satire, it serves as both a playful nod to and a tribute to the culture that inspired Control Vertex as an artist.

The EP’s B-side features three remixes by artists GO Nuclear, ATM, and SAIGG, adding new dimensions to the original tracks and rounding out the project with fresh reinterpretations
