Genning is back for his second-round appearance on the Mood Series. Having first made his debut back in 2020, he now returns to us with 'Evening Space'. 6 pieces that embraces the house roots within dub techno. 6 examples of tracky workouts for every special moment in nightlife. 'Asteroid' leads things off on the EP with a body-shaking club mover. This flighty hike through the upper atmosphere midway takes an emotional break for deepness before riding off in style. A prime cut for any DJ looking to shift the set into a deeper one while 'Sent to Sky' and 'Own Escape' are a bit more grittier tracks that are adding some nice house touches throughout. 'Third One' also extends towards more house moods yet still strides firmly in the dub techno category. This pick gives all of us an appreciation for the classy sounds reminiscent to the early 2000's. 'Sunset' speeds things up for the later evening with pure intentions for prime real estate workouts on the dancefloor. This is such a house banger and we especially dig the smooth breakdown towards the end. 'Ship' wraps it all in a bow with a wonderful and memorable ending. 'Evening Space' has so many great moments. Any house or techno fan is sure to give this EP lots of attention and play. You can't go wrong with anything here. It's all fun and smiles with just a touch of deepness. Check this out! Slow & dubby voyage with the host. Really slow beats this time.

Hanussen’s monthly show ‘slow rotation’ focuses on the slow, atmospheric and ambience. As Hanussen is a mad vinyl collector the show contains the newest records he digged in the past few weeks. Mainly downtempo, nu jazz and ambient tunes, but might some indie, hip-hop, experimental and more strange stuff occur.
Hanussen was never that type of person who writes a diary, but also wanted to immortalize his feelings and emotions. Therefore he uses this platform as a sort of diary, where he records his Berlin experience (he is staying in the town until mid summer of 2024). The main inspiration for the show is the similar project Blue Sun Radio, which is based in Budapest. Maybe some guests will appear sometimes…

Blue Sun Radio is a conceptual musical output based in Budapest, founded by Hanussen (Terra Kontra) and Kozmo D (Moonbase Patel Disco), promoting slow paced sounds and hosting listening sessions.

'Precinct' is a new venture from 3am Recordings' boss, Al Bradley, and fellow vinyl DJ, Steve Lipscombe aka Inspired Sounds, where the two DJs will be hosting parties at venues across Leeds and beyond. Having been DJing together for a number of years at each other's events, it seemed only right that the two joined forces. This mix is a 2 & half hour vinyl mix from Al, using predominantly records released in the last couple of years, along with some older bits added too, which echoes how both Al and Steve DJ at their gigs. Hopefully this mix will float your boat & if you want to catch the next 'Precinct' party in Leeds, head to the always-excellent 212 on Sat May 11th for a 7-hour vinyl session :)

Information Ghetto's 'Head Key' is a hedonistic journey into the depths of minimal tech courtesy of the Chippy Chasers label.
