Today we have a premiere from Toronto based bad man Groves, reminds us why he has received an overwhelming amount of support by the likes of dBridge, Fracture, Skeptical, and Fixate. His remix of our fave rave king  Samurai Breaks' "Marathon" instantly makes you wish you where sweaty on a dance floor . Coming from a deep knowledge of audio theory, Groves’ music is powerful, raw, direct, and fresh while paying homage to his influences and the culture. 
His contribution to Sub Merchants 'Surrey Street' EP, is perfectly placed in its intention of exploring the contemporary evolution of jungle music. Included on the EP is a re-release of 3 singles by TMSV, Samurai Breaks, and THUGWIDOW, accompanied by remixes from Drumterror & B:Thorough, Groves and Fiesta Soundsystem.
Painting a picture of the jungle scene in 2020, ‘Surrey Street’ aesthetically pays homage to Croydon‘s roots within the scene, and features six sublime selections from some of the most exciting new names on the map over the past couple of years. You truly won’t find primer cuts this side of the River Thames.
