in 2020, I was sent to a mental hospital. Not by choice. I wad gone for 2 weeks and 3 days. I spent my birthday in there. When I got out, I didn't expect anyone to havr noticed I was gone. But, they did. My friends. My family. Even some people I really didn't know that well asked if I was okay. Goes to show how even if it doesn't seem like it, people WILL notice you're gone. And people WILL care. I still strugle with bad thoughts like the ones I felt at the time. But it does help rememberong that some guy from my Automotive class who I interacted with twice ever was concerned for my well being, along with all the other people who apporached me and asked if I was doing okay.
