Reminiscent of a 5am walk home after a night of dancefloor energy, Edan & Berrow come together to curate 3 tracks that meticulously capture this vivid post-rave vibe.

It all begins with the title track, 'After The Rave'. An organic, rolling drum beat accompanies deep keys and wading atmospheres. Topped off with delicate sub motion and haunting vocal cuts - this track is sure to please both the club and the headphone lover.

The journey continues with 'Haters', which brings the energy up some notches. The sharp, punchy drum groove overlays a subtle ambience that quickly melts away into a barrage of well-crafted bass sounds. Maybe you're halfway home, but you'll be wishing you were back on the dancefloor in no time.

To top it all off, Borderline ends the story on a soulful note - somewhere between the energy levels of the former two tracks. The pace of the shuffled drums keeps things tight and fun, while the luscious synth stabs drown out into the background. The sun is rising, and the world is waking up as you're ready to sleep.

Hailing from Kazakhstan, Command Strange has sent shockwaves in the Drum and Bass scene, with his versatile productions showing elements of melodic soul and hard-edged bass. Achieving his first release at only 16 years old, Command Strange’s ability to incorporate jazzy and funky samples into his polished beats has seen him gain support from some of the scene’s OG’s LTJ Bukem, Marky, Goldie, JJ Frost, A Sides, Hype, Fabio & Grooverider and more. Attracting the attention of V Recordings boss Bryan G, the Russian producer has also worked with Artificial Intelligence - an act widely regarded as helping shape modern Drum and Bass. A partnership which has seen boy sides flourish, with the partnership releasing the huge vocal number Won’t Say Goodbye ft Tali on V Recordings as well as the massive, rolling Mad One ft. Jamakabi on Goldie’s Metalheadz.

!Teaming up once again, Command Strange and AI recreate the magic for Dismiss. Moody and dark, the dancefloor fused sounds of Dismiss show the attitude and polish of one of Drum and Bass’ most devastating partnership. Going things alone for the second track, Bad Boy combines bouncing jump up flavours with tribal beats, hard snares and grimey, crackling bass. Taking a leaf from some of V’s seminal hits, Bring Me Back is the perfect blend of attitude and melody. Warm pads and classic amens continue the nostalgic tone whilst an incessant juggernaut like bassline brings things crashing back to 2014.

For the fourth year running, Disciples Of Distortion brings together a global roster of artists bound by their devotion to distortion, chaos, and raw power. More than just a release, this compilation is a ritual, a yearly gathering where the underground unites to unleash a torrent of basslines, precision drums, and twisted atmospheres.
Since 2020, Stonx Music has grown from a small label into a global community, pushing the boundaries of neurofunk and heavy drum & bass. Volume 4 continues this legacy, showcasing a carefully curated blend of rising talent and established names, all with one mission: to distort, disrupt, and destroy.

This year’s edition delivers 13 crushing tracks, with returning heavyweights and fresh faces contributing their most devastating work yet. From the chaotic ferocity of Anizo’s “Near Deaf”, to the mechanical grit of Direct Shift’s “Mutants”, the industrial savagery of FauxRealz, Noisesmith & Dark Adaptation’s “Horrid”, and the relentless energy of Wintour’s “Turbulence”, every track is crafted to test the limits of sound systems and stamina alike.

Also featured are dark, atmospheric cuts from Dialective, Korax, and Stonx, Hkay & Sindicate, alongside the boundary-pushing intensity of Protoss, Skorpion, and Pish Posh.
