Probably close to 99% of electronic music is written using a 4/4 Time Signature
However, although the intro and outro is in 4/4, the bulk of The Oath (melody etc) is written in 3/4. This is certainly not the easiest of tasks and well done to X+P for their efforts in doing something  a little different.
