There’s no denying that the next gen of talent putting their stamp on the drum and bass scene right now are exciting. Bringing fresh ideas and an inclusive attitude, we’re hearing music well beyond the years of these young producers. Disrupta is one of them, and despite being in his early 20s, he’s already released on labels including Shogun, Hospital, V Recordings, Born on Road and UKF. Following on from the success of “Changes” with DRS earlier this year, “Connection” sees Disrupta link up with a different (but just as amazing) vocal talent in Javeon. This sweet jazzy number is yet another example of the versatility Disrupta is oozing of late. It doesn’t matter what style of D&B he makes, you know a Disrupta release is going to hit the right levels even before you’ve pressed play! It’s the reason why you’ll see his name booked on the biggest line-ups alongside iconic players in the scene. Expect big things in 2022 from one of D&B’s brightest stars.

Continuing our ’Original Structures’ project, next up from the EP comes ‘Satisfy’ by Technicolour, a rustic, speaker-shaking number that’s been a staple in our sets and livestreams for a while.

‘Satisfy was born a couple of years ago when Andy and I were in between projects and we were just making tunes and bootlegs specifically to play in DJ sets. I didn’t think too hard about it, and just tried to create something that has that musical side we both love, but also packs a punch for the dancefloor.
