For our NWDCAST061 we have a very special artist on board called Mark Hoffen from Marseille, France. 
He discovered the freedom of expression in the electronic music scene entailed a true revolution of his inspirations. He now develops deep but complex techno that quickly stood out for the quality of its sound design and the complementarity of its elements. The mood and emotions always lean towards melancholia and minor sonorities.
Mark Hoffen is a passionate yet multi-disciplinary producer above all, who took the time to understand music and his own inspirations before diving into an extremely accurate sound, loaded with subtle emotions.
With big support from artists like Tale of Us, Innellea, Coeus, Bog and releases on various labels like Radikon, Oddity Records, Atlant and Sinners he is one of these raw diamonds we have to follow closely.

To bring in the first set of the year was a humbling opportunity and I thank the Sacred Hearts team for blessing me with this special invitation. 

A lot of my sets tend to just build themselves these days and the energy that wanted to come through was to elevate the community, kiss the angels and channel the divine inspiration to spark much-needed revolution humanity needs in 2024.

Turkish electronic music artist Sinan Arsan, presents his latest work, the 'Agora EP,' on Francesco Pico's Magnitude Recordings.

This compelling release features two original tracks, 'Agora' and 'Bougainvillea,' showcasing Arsan's signature underground progressive house style. Complementing these is a remix by Argentinian duo South City, newly appointed resident artists of the label, adding their unique touch to the EP.

With a career spanning over two decades, Arsan has established himself as a prominent figure in Turkey's electronic music landscape, releasing music on esteemed labels such as Mango Alley and Dopamine. The 'Agora EP' is a testament to his evolving artistry and commitment to the genre.​

Summon is a new release from JÏMONO and NATASHA MD which embraces a message of respecting and listening to elder wisdom on the journey of life. 

The lyrics beautifully sung by NATASHA MD are based on the Zulu proverb ‘Isala kutshelwa’, imparting a message that if we choose not to listen to wise advice, we will face the consequences - eventually learning through painful experience. 

We all have a journey awaiting that can bring great things, and it is up to us as individuals to listen to the wisdom from those who have walked their own paths before us, in order to summon what we each have to offer to the world from within.
