This track was composed in Sekaiju with the Roland SC-D70. It started as a kind of groovy italo disco track with the pulsing bass, mostly as a test figuring out all of the CCs and effect sysexes for echo and reverb. It was all quite the learning experience, I had fun! 
When I came back to my initial sketch a few weeks later, I wasn't particularly happy with it as it felt a disjointed jumble of ideas. I decided to change the key manually from minor to major and it felt so much more inspiring, keeping some segments in minor made it flow so much better too. Overall I'm proud of what I did, check out the rest of the album here.

Sonic 2 - Chemical Plant Zone

This track was entirely composed by me, but I had a little help of Arclo with the melody lead of the second segment and the electric guitar samples! ^^

For quite a while I've been working as one of the composers on a small group developing a Sonic fangame called 'Sonic Chroma'. My group, Team Chroma, only really has a small handful of artists thus far, so we're really looking for more artists as well as programmers!
I’m also not the only composer in this, Arclo, Is another team member who is also composing for this soundtrack (and also the person responsible of the cover art and the logo). We are going to collab in some tracks but also we are doing some tracks ourselves, so make sure you follow both of us!
