It's based on my headcanon; sans's power is only a half.
In game, he seemed like to only have the power to control the space.
So, I think he might have failed to get to control both the time and space.
He might be successful in just the half.

Therefore, I made this music.
Imagining a battle theme of sans with his full ability to distort the time and space.
