Music can be medicine for your body and soul and might help you going 
through the good and the bad times of life, 
like other things, as well, of course :D 
Like good food, good drinks, having a good talk, going out with friends and having a fun time, comics, games, books, you name it! 
Listening to music, (at least for myself) it doesn't matter what genre you might call it or how old the stuff is.

Good music just never gets old.
