However, for those of you searching for trap music with a message—yes, it sounds somewhat oxymoronic—look no further than Maryland emcee Jay IDK. Today, Mass Appeal premieres Jay IDK’s new track “God Said Trap” featuring Ash Riser, from Jay’s forthcoming project, SubTrap. Over the course of four minutes, the emcee battles his inner demons, debating whether he should continue selling weed or move onto more more lucrative options.
