New upcoming EP from Italian A-Tweed, a psychedelic freak journey this time mainly focused on digital sounds.
The title track "Slime Mould Maze" is dedicated to Physarum polycephalum, a single-celled, brainless organism that can make “decisions” and solve mazes. A tribute to the weird side of nature.
"Midi Cooper“ is a track completely produced with digital sounds controlled via Midi. All samples come from original 1960s advertisings.
"Easels Ripped My Flesh" is another pun to express A-Tweed's love for Buchla synthesizers (Buchla Music Easel) and Frank Zappa's music (Weasels Ripped My Flesh,1970).
The release includes two remixes by French producer Kubebe and German Tassilo Vanhoefen.

Multi Culti seasonal balance series continues with Equinox II

The EP kicks off with a beautiful balearic gem from Italian musician Umberto Vitiello paired up with the amazing Donato Dozzy. It’s a spellbinding journey, one sure to be cherished by Tuluminatti ‘ritual’ DJs as well as authentic shamans around the world.

Ofofo flies solo on the positively-ebullient ‘Unlock the Future,’ striking a rare note of lightness in it’s sublimely ethereal groove. Instant sunshine!

Flip it over for the funky, badass bassy bounce of the mighty Diegors, a name not heard enough since his glory days on early Comeme. He’s back in top form and this one is an effortlessly cool slice of groove.

Next up, Multi Culti wizard Nicola Cruz delivers a breaks mix of previous cult single Aima. It’s a wiggly modular fun-fest that showcases his endless evolutionary bloom as a super-producer.

Finally, a brand new project from Brazil’s Philippi (of Deewee and Fatnotronic fame). Ubaruh is an anthem designed for Mexican nu-disco dancers. Pinche funky disco!

Exclusive Panorama Channel & Pletnev 'Blavatsky'

When two become one is the story of Russian based artist Panorama Channel and Lithuanian producer Pletnev who team of for Biologic Records' latest EP Blavatsky, which comes with three orginal takes and two remixes from Simple Symmetry and Yu Su. The title track of the EP, Blavatsky,namely goes back to Russian-American occultist Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, whose famous works The Secret Doctrine and Isis Unveiled have had a major influence on esoterism. Thus, the title track of the trio's first common EP takes its listeners on a theosophical trip as it combines a mid-tempo vibe with psychedelic soundscapes that hurry-scurry at various levels of the track and therefore refer to several human senses creating mental responses.

Panorama Channel & Pletnev's EP Blavatsky will be released on Biologic Records on February 21st, 2020.

"Class Of Taxonomy" is the second EP by Italian dj/producer and tireless music digger A-Tweed, a new concept odd work dedicated to extinct animals and human self-destructive behaviours.
Including remixes by Dengue Dengue Dengue and Ground, and a special paleolithic artwork from the outer space by the great Léo Marsal > http://leomarsal.com.

Antonio De Oto aka A-Tweed was born in the upland region of Molise, Southern Italy and after skipping several towns is now based in Rome since 2014.
His music is marked by dark and trippy acid vibes with afrofuturism, cosmic disco, global bass, tropical house, psychedelic tribalism, weird downbeats and 360° worldwide sample digging. 

Each track of the EP is inspired by three different extinct animals.
Opening track "Plesiosaurus Social Security" with its no sense title and its uneasy dark and lo-fi vibes reflect A-Tweed's passion for Scottish Highlands foggy landscapes and tribalism.
Could that Plesiosaurus be "Nessie" from Loch Ness? Maybe...
"Dodo Crash Report", which can also count on an impressive and astonishing remix by Peruvian Berlin based duo Dengue Dengue Dengue, is a metallic wonky arp tune  dedicated to Mauritian extinct bird dodo. Techno meets tribal disco with a powerful bassline and thumping percussive grooves.

Quagga, South-African zebra extinct in 1883, gets its revenge in third track "Zebra Xing" which is a tribal downbeat tune with eerie organic and drum samples and spooky melodies has the purpose of make reflect about human being role in ambiental and zoological disasters. 
This track is also remixed by gifted Japanese Ground from Osaka based label Chill Mountain. Such a good way to close this "acid weird slow disco" EP.

Nick Gynn has been a part of the London scene for over a decade, having moved to East London from his home county of Devon. His passion for sound was cultivated at an early age; sneaking into clubs and raves around the South West was the first indicator, and shortly afterwards Nick had his first set of decks, at the age of seventeen. 
The move to London brought him closer to the underground scene where he frequently attended nights at legendary clubs The End, fabric, Tea Bar
and Public Life alongside the growing warehouse scene of the time around East and North London.
Having watched his area transform, the musical landscape around the city has changed wildly too.
Nick’s taste is wide-ranging, and he has built up an extensive cross-format library throughout the years. Taking listeners and dancers through from house, garage, electro, techno and breaks to rare disco, afrobeat and Balearic, he is not afraid to draw on more left field and spacey,ravey sounds along the
way.
He lists his extremely varied influences as being everyone from masters like Juan Atkins, Larry Heard and Ricardo Villalobos to Craig Richards, Francesco Del Garda and some classic Garage artists like Groove Chronicles and Mystic Matt & Anthill Mob.
A regular at festivals from Glastonbury to Gottwood and clubs from London to Ibiza, N GYNN has picked up acclaim more recently for his time in the recording studio, having just brought out the first release on Bobby.’s Pleasure Club which has received stellar reviews already.
