 Listen lying comfortably on bed or yoga mat , cover yourself with a warm blanket , put on eyeshades and headphones and enjoy the journey. 
It is advisable to practice your own breath-work practice prior to the listening session for several minutes.

This email 8 years ago changed so many things in my life 🙂
hey Gregor I am getting ready to finish a new album for Liquid Bloom and would like to hire you to master it. I am finishing up mixes over the next couple weeks. what’s you schedule look like in December?
I guess I mastered all or most Liquid Bloom releases after that and this music changed me profoundly  as a person over the years. It also connected me with so many beautiful artists and people , that I can now call friends and I will be eternally grateful to Amani (and  Treavor who initiated collab with Desert Dwellers years before    - and so much more - another story 🙂 )
Resulting connections and change of mindset initiated  important changes to my professional career , that lead to the point where I am now - working with amazing musicians & people all over the world and I feel as a contributing element of planetary musical culture. 
This deep connection & attraction  I always felt to this music , was something quite new for me then  , as my musical & professional background was rarely connected to the music that had healing & ceremonial properties. But I always felt that it has something inside , that resonates with me strongly and puts me in meditative , mind expanding &  calm state while working on it or just listening to it. And that people listening to it will feel the same.
When Amani & Porangui stared Kuya Series - which went extremely deep in to the "spiritual realm" of the music , I somehow started to understand my role in the process in a different way. That its not only about making it sound good, but most importantly , not interfering with energetic imprint embedded in it. And making sure,  I don't distort /manipulate it with my momentary imprint/state of mind. And in this way keeping the intention of the creator as pure as possible, while enhancing it sonically. 
And when I made a decision , that I will start producing music again  after years of deliberate pause  - that my creativity will be expressed in the field of music , that has intention to help people to remember who they are and what they can achieve.
