Ozonokids existed from 1997 -in the form of a distributor for various cultural artifacts- becoming a record label in year 2000 and working with underground local scene, expanding to underground worldwide releases and passing out in year 2011. Originally started by Arnau Sala, the project had up to five members around years 2000 to 2003, but Sala took over around then after a period of disagreements with other partners. The label would then go through a phase of a strongly hand crafting philosophy and would disappear in 2011.
