SANDWICHO is a DJ/Producer originally from Pontevedra, Spain. Strongly influenced by Latin rhythms and, more specifically, by ancient popular songs of Galician festivals, he gained notoriety with his “Latin Bounce” productions such as “Cuartetazo” and “E de El Beeper” in collaboration with @jaimitopuch. Another relevant influence in his musical vision is the Spanish Mákina, that has always attracted him, leading him to discover the fascinating world of vinyls. He is part of the label @cooltracksrecords, that is trying to establish the Bounce wave in Spain by releasing tracks of local producers contributing to the genre. He recently played in important clubs like @lokschuppenberlin for @milliampere.bln x @neondreams.cologne and @salaonmadrid for @nitromadrid.

Take a Trip

Élevée au biberon stay up forever et à l’acid techno depuis une trentaine d’années, j’ai commencé à mixer grâce à Dj ARNO qui me disait allez allez quand je n’y arrivais pas au bord des larmes 😂….
Je mixais entre amis, soirées privées ou pubs…

Suite à mon mariage en 2004 j’ai tout arrêté pendant de longues années même si j’écoutais toujours !
J’ai eu deux beaux enfants et la vie a fait que j’ai retrouvé ma liberté en 2022 et aussi ma passion.
Je me suis remise durant l’été 2023…
Sur contrôleur donc !!! Moi la pro vinyle 😹

Du coup je mixe sur vinyle et sur contrôleurs et je reviens à mes premiers amours l’acid music.

Je commence à créer je ne compte pas les heures et j’adore ! Même si parfois c’est dur 😉

Donc depuis l’été 2023 j’ai l’impression d’avoir travaillé 2 ans tant je me suis investie …

Voilà sinon même si le digital permet de bien s’amuser…j’avoue que mes technics Mk2 sont ma préférence que ce soit au niveau du touché ou du rendu sonore qui n’a rien de comparable…..
