Hold U is a 130bpm 2-step trip stitched together from fragments of five worlds, colliding into one monumental groove. A psychedelic collage of rhythm and texture, it shimmers with cosmic tension — a patchwork of grainy lo-fi voices, echoes, and basslines converging in perpetual motion. Grainy nostalgia bleeds into futuristic shimmer, as if Brian Eno met the rave continuum in a dreamtime arcade. Each beat folds into the next, a quintaphonic fusion where garage swing becomes kaleidomix delirium. Hope you guys are enjoying your Sunday. Just wanted to throw out something a bit different from usual. This track dedicated to the moving shadow artist who got me into music way way back in the day. Dj's used to have  Renegade snares (Foul play remix) on heavy rotation back in the day, but he also had tracks like 'thru the vibe' and 'first contact' which was on MSX fm back on that early GTA game. He had so many great tracks including downtempo pieces. I think I have every record he released on vinyl, and I think he has influenced my sound more than anyone. I wanted to make this record to capture the spirit of what his music meant to me anyway. Big up Robert.

I made this track for the Mental Health (I show you light LP) but decided to go with a different track in the end. I always felt that with a series of bad things that happen to anyone of us at anytime. I know i've been blessed with the support of people around me but not everyone has that. Didn't know what to do with this tune but it has a message on it so wanted to float it out there with Winter now coming. 

RIP Kane Walker 31, who is the voice is at the end. He ended his own life soon after that recording was made.

Without trying to get too gooey, looking back on this year it's been a mad one. I've had my ups and downs. I think this is something silly like my 43rd release of this year and you guys support has been absolutely massive on each one. It doesn't get said enough but I am so sure that your support has convinced promoters in booking me and as such fulfilling a lifetime dream this year with my running out at shows with Vacant and Sorrow this year not just once but three times, something that has taken me atleast 10 years of constant work to achieve. Big love to all the producers who have had my back from day dot you know who you are. Love to all the people I have collaborated with this year as well, I'm so proud of what we have achieved together. 

I'm sure some of you might have noticed the change in banner and I am proud to announce that I have a new LP 'Come Back' coming early 2020. Time for some darker South London Garridge vibes so I hope you will stick around for that.
