Lately did enthusiasts of emotional and driving techno wonder how such a new youngster was destroying the dance floor. No matter if it was at Sonnemondsternefestival or Katermukke Label Nights 2017 and 2018 in Hamburg as well as Cologne. Every time it has been a so and emotionally outstanding, that checking the line up was an obligatory move to make. And then it always said: LEVT.
You can already tell, that he is one of the most uprising stars of his generation. But no wonder, since the young DJ and producer grew up surrounded by electronic music. Early inspirational influences have been Daft Punk and The Chemical Brothers. These were followed by the music universe of Katermukke. Since he has been 16 years old he spent every free second at the turntables to refine his sound.
Still on the side there was high school to be finished and juniors A-league football not to be neglected. But it turned out his heart is beating with and for the music so there was no other option than throwing himself into producing his own music. The result is his first EP “The Beast”, which is released on Voltage Records. As the name already announces does it present his sheer powerful and furious side. In addition does a Remix by Felix Kröcher underline the
promising nature of his productions. With this EP does LEVT already start to fight against the thinking, that the youth is only dedicated to rap and techno got a recruitment problem. Since this could be the beginning of something big.
