Our 'Good Morning from ...' Guest Mix series will explore different artists from all around the world as they take us on a journey with their distinct and unique sounds that they'll showcase to represent their taste, surroundings and upbringing.

After 4 years of sharing stories from all over the world, one artist has continued to be requested by our loving community, and we’re ecstatic to be able to welcome him to our Guest Mix Series.

Today he’s taking us through his hometown, Cantabria, which boasts a unique combination of breathtaking coast, deep valleys, majestic mountains, fused with characterful seaside towns and tremendous historical riches, the perfect setting for an early morning story.

Light and sound are similar, but quite different at the same time.  Light waves can travel in vacuum. Sound waves require a material medium to travel, and hence, cannot travel in vacuum. They can both be reflected, and they can both be refracted.
As we grow, as we change, we are the medium of our life's progression. This sound, this story; is one of change, of evolution. It reflects, it refracts, it evolves. This set is a tale, and an ode to movement. Let it take you where it may. texture, sound, groove, and feeling.

Warm, sensual sounds greet you in this set, a perfect accompaniment to evenings, sunsets and even some 3 am focus work. 

Last time we hosted Pablo Bolivar was 2 years ago, along with several premieres from his record label Seven Villas Music. It is always a pleasure to host him on GD.
