BEC is a relentless techno talent who has got to the top in a very short space of time. She was headhunted by Pan Pot for their influential Second State label from her first release, then snapped up by Carl Cox's Intec and Adam Beyer's Drumcode. Not only has she put out her music on those labels, but has also played with them as a tour member at showcases everywhere from Burning Man to Tobacco Dock and Warehouse Project. Add in solo tours of North & South America, Asia, India and Europe and much talked about sets at Fabrik Madrid, Watergate Berlin and Sunwaves Romania, and you have one of techno's brightest contemporary stars.

As a self-confessed "studio geek" with a dizzying array of skills and knowledge, BEC has worked with industry giants Roland and Novation doing demos and product videos. This means she very much has her own trademark sound: her tracks are perfectly weighted, well-swung and built on high-pressure drums. Add in the spirit of where she resides, Berlin, plus powerful, all-consuming bass and you have the key ingredients that make her music stand out. It is those same qualities that will define her brand-new label BEC. Reserved purely for her own creative output, it will be the unrestrained sound of this innovative artist in all her majestic uncompromising glory.

As an accomplished and well-traveled DJ, BEC is just as high energy and works non-stop across three decks. She creates her own tension and dialogue between tracks that brings something new each and every time. By constantly weaving together heavy loops and remixing tracks on the fly, her dark and hypnotic sets keep people very much locked in the moment.

Nourished by heavy beats and dark FX - two friends; Jo Smeets and Michaël Aert, sharing the same passion in techno - set out to become a force together in the techno scene.

These two met on Instagram where they started chatting about their common factor: Their love of music.   Jo Smeets worked on his music under the name Smetterlink, while Michaël Aerts released under his alias, Mike Hauls.

Soon they realized that it was the darkness of their separate songs that got a hold of them. Each of them started to get inspired by the other, in different fields. And several studio  meet ups later the inevitable happened…

The name Bolster was chosen because it perfectly describes how both Jo & Michaël felt in their partnership; complementing each other.

Numerous EP’s, packed nightclubs and rockin festivals later - these two have proven themselves to be ready for their next chapter.

This set was taken from their first hour LIVE at The Dansant Belgium on October 11th, 2020.

For Pablo, each record is a feeling that he can transmit to the dancefloor. Influences kept 
coming; most of all thanks to his first trips to Ibiza, where he attended to dance music temples 
such as Amnesia, DC10 or Space Ibiza, where the music of the heavyweights as Carl Cox, 
Sven Väth or Richie Hawtin, among others, started to cast his musical character. 
Pabloʼs effort and determination finally paid off, when he managed to release his productions 
in top record labels as Codex Recordings, Terminal M, Numen, Unrilis, elrow Music, Deeperfect, Analitic Trail. Although, if there is a label Say feels especially proud of being part that is 
Truesoul, the platform created by techno legend Adam Beyer. Being enthralled by Beyerʼs 
figure after hearing his sessions in Space Ibiza, Pablo Say has found a teacher and mentor in 
him, a strong inspiration with a strong personality. 
Pablo Sayʼs music reflects his mind set as an artist: a wide style, with no boundaries, that currently spins around underground sounds, close to techno. As DJ, Pablo has left his mark in 
clubs as Barcelonaʼs elrow, Privilege and Sankeys in Ibiza, Londonʼs Lightbox, Mono Bar in 
Moscow, beside important performances in Hungary, Bulgary, Chicago and his latest tour of 
Colombia's most important cities, demonstrating that heʼs also a master behind the decks.
Thanks to his productions or to his performances around the world, Pablo Say is one of the 
strongest breakthrough talents of recent years. Better watch him closely!
