Welcome to my 34th release on SoundCloud. It's called 'My True Love' and I hope you like it!

My True Love

This song was such a fun surprise to write — literally! I had never even heard of “Sweetest Day” before. A friend who knows I love writing songs for every holiday asked if I was planning to do one for it, and I actually laughed because I thought she was making it up. 😂 So of course I Googled it — and sure enough, it’s a real holiday on October 18th, celebrating love and kindness. That little discovery sparked this whole sugar-sweet idea. 

“Sweetest Day Surprise” is a playful, candy-coated love song — all about that giddy, sugar-rush feeling of being wrapped up in someone’s affection. Every lyric drips with sweetness, from chocolate kisses to cotton-candy dreams. It’s meant to feel like a bag of your favorite treats: light, colorful, romantic, and a little nostalgic — the sound of pure joy when love tastes too good to be true.
